Building is expensive, everyone knows it. What costs even more is a site nobody runs: the mason waits for the steel fixer, the painter redoes what the plasterer damaged, and the budget runs away. We take everything, from the study to the last coat of paint, so that one team answers for your building.

Passionate about decoration, he spent three months perfecting his craft in Qatar and came back with one idea: that a Cameroonian building could have the finish of the finest homes in Europe and America. Plasterwork, painting, damp treatment: OBAMA DESIGN starts there, and becomes a registered company in 2014.

The turnkey method
From plot to keys
Four steps, in the order you live them. You approve each one before the next begins, and you always know where your money is.
Listening and study
Your plot, your budget, the way you live. We study feasibility before drawing anything.
Design and quote
Plans, a 3D render of your future building and a detailed quote. You see the house before a single bag of cement is opened.
Construction
Structural and secondary works coordinated by one team: foundations, structure, electricity, plumbing, joinery.
Finishes and handover
Plasterwork, painting, tiling, European or American decoration. The building is handed over finished, ready to live in or to rent.
